Essential weddings allow for you to come to us with your plan, then sit back stress-free as we bring it to life.


Tier II

This K.I. Luxury is the perfect package for brides that are busy professionals or live outside the city of the event. This package will give you the freedom to be as involved as you want and also have your wedding taken care by your Lead planner from beginning to end.

  • Assign a dedicated Lead Wedding Planner and Co-Lead for the entire term of the contract

  • Creation and Management of an online personalized Wedding Portal

  • Construct a detailed wedding day timeline

  • Site visit's and walk through at selected venue(s)

  • Assistance in ordering save-the-dates, wedding invitations and all printed materials

  • Assist with welcome gift bag design and packaging

  • Assistance with Groom’s Side Services (e.i. Barrat arrival, Ceremony/Reception Exit, Hair & Makeup for Family Members, etc.)

  • Assistance with planning and execution of bridal shower, bachelorette or bachelor party

  • Communication with photographer and videographer to ensure the capturing of specific memories

  • Honeymoon planning assistance (Within 12 months of the wedding date)

  • Assistance with obtaining your Marriage license

Essential package with services that are truly useful.

  • Vendor recommendations and management.

  • Mapping out floor plans and diagrams

  • Coordination of wedding and reception bridal entrances on the wedding day

  • Post-wedding meeting wrap up

  • Schedule and conduct bi-weekly meetings/calls 8 weeks leading up to the event(s)
